  I am absolutely addicted to this gym. I started in 2006 with the 10 week program and lost 20lbs within that time. It's almost 10 years now and i haven't looked back. Their workouts are 1 hour full body and will get you in shape quickly. The workouts never get boring and each class is different. This location actually has a full gym for cardio and weights as well. I think they have like 50 classes a week so it fits my schedule perfectly. I highly recommend.
