  shout out to Gary and Almeda (could be spelling her name wrong) they both made the the passport application process and taking a picture of a 3 week old baby super smooth. I also noticed how efficiently they were helping out other folks who were there! thank for your service!

  Absolutely not helpful! I have to say, sometimes I feel they are just rude. They don’t like the costumers to have questions and they don’t really respect the time of the others. I visit here for several times. The officers here are normally ignored the inquiries of the customers. They enjoy chatting while we waiting. Better not have questions, because from my experiences, they don’t like to answer. Especially, when the background is not quite and you ask them to repeat again...
