  Zero stars. Soho Nails applied a uv gel last Thur. and 3 days later the nails were all chipped - I went back to have them fixed and "Lucy" if that's even her name gave me attitude!  She had the nerve to tell me that my nails were peeling?!  No apology just come back in 20 mins I had my 3 girls in toe mind u.  I came back 20 mins later told to sit down a few mins more finally 15 mins more I had it and asked when?  Lucy sent I've this tech to touch up the chips!  Literally took paint and dabbed it in the areas.  WTF?! It looked look a pink French mani that looked like shi@!  Also they were also wet and tacky after pulling them out of the uv light.  My patience were completely worn at this pt - I asked for Lucy who was waxing some and she told me she couldn't help me for a 1/2 hour!  I had my kids with me!  I made a scene and took down there license #s - calling the board of health expect nothing out of frank sasso but still want a call logged.  I demanded they remove the smudged Gel from my nails and give me my money back.  No apology just gave me my mone
