  Absolutely love this pilates studio. It is by far the best one in Hoboken and I have been to several! The variety of classes is a nice balance of strength, balance and some cardio too. All of the teachers are very warm & friendly and always challenge the students to try new exercises. I have been in a couple accidents where I injured my knees, hips and back so this has helped me incredibly.
