  I took my first class at this studio with Janel DuRoss (with whom I have previously taken classes).
  
  Studio: The studio is immaculately clean and remarkably quiet.
  
  Class Style: I am thrilled that these classes appear to be more like those offered in a traditional studio. In my opinion, this is great because I find many yoga studios have been offering more "fitness classes" (focusing solely on the physical workout) and less classes that focus on the overall mind-body experience. Thay said, I think they do have some fitness type classes if that is the style you prefer.
  
  The studio space was large enough to accommodate a larger group of people yet styled in a way that made it feel small and intimate. I plan to take more classes here and will recommend it to my friends.
  
  Instructor: Janel is an exceptional instructor who provides constructive and effective guidance through poses. She respects your limitations yet encourages you to try to improve. I would recommend her classes.
  
  Summary: This yoga studio is the jewel of Hoboken and I am glad to have found it!

  Any of their relaxation classes are a must to include meditation.
