  This parking garage posts misleading signage outside the garage that leads you to believe you'll be paying 5 dollars for up to an hour, but at the very bottom, you'll see a time limit on that price. I just parked my car in this lot for 15 minutes and had to pay 20 dollars. The attendant in the office was useless, said there was nothing she could do (What is her "job"? I'm not sure.)
  
  She gave me a number to call to speak to a supervisor and a man with a very thick accent answered the phone who was impossible to understabd. After many repetitions, he told me there was nothing he could do about it and his boss would be in on Tuesday 9am-3pm. I intend to report the charge on my credit card as fraud if I cannot get in touch with a representative to refund me.
