  I brought a friend with me to buy a mattress for myself and guestroom. Jeremy made the process fun and was incredibly patient. He explained the differences between all of the options in great detail. They are very flexible with delivery date, and are very willing to answer additional questions even after you have made your purchase. Great customer service!

  I went into this store looking at beds for the first time and wasn't intent on buying anything yet. Then Jeremy walked me through the first three beds and I picked the soft ones. He then showed me a few in different technologies and I was shocked at the new stuff they have since the last time I went mattress shopping! Then the best part of the day happened when he showed me the adjustable base. My back never felt better. A big thank you to him and Peter for helping me get the best nights of sleep in my life!

  After a frustrating experience at one of the big department stores, we decided to give Mattress Firm a shot and were so happy we did! Peter has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Really appreciate the extra attention we received!
