  Terrible service and provided wrong information. Called for motorcycle insurance and was told by a representative that i could suspend my coverage for the months of the winter with no extra charge. Once the winter months were up I and i reinstated my insurance, lo and behold I was getting charge more than twice as much a month for my insurance. They told me during the summer months that their insurance is more expensive and that I had to pay the hire rates. I then asked whether I canceled my insurance vs suspending it, that if i reinstated i would be getting charged the lower rate. They said i would be getting charged the lower rate. SO WHY WOULD I SUSPEND VS JUST CANCEL! Called about the misinformation that was provided towards me and was told that they was nothing they could do. I was provided terrible information and what company takes no accountability for their inexperienced representatives . I am canceling this sheisty insurance and would not recommend using this branch or insurance in general. I have been riding for 15 years and have never dealt with such bad service before.
