  Can't say enough good things about this place. Dr. Norby has been taking care of my cat and is incredibly compassionate and caring. I have never had anything but positive experiences with the office staff and they are upfront and reasonable about pricing. I'm 100% confident in saying that the first goal of the practice is animal and owner well-being, rather than making money. I've been to other veterinary clinics before that try to nickel and dime you left and right. I've seen plenty of clinics that sell specialty food with a ridiculous markup, but at this practice everything is priced very reasonably. Most recently a large bag of high-end low residue cat kibble cost me about $3 more than if I had bought it online. I have a lot of trust and faith in the vets who work here - there have been plenty of times when I've been told something along the lines of "well we could get X study if you're really worried, but I don't think it's necessary at this point." All in all they are very honest and compassionate people and I'll be continuing to use them as long as I remain in the area.
